Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherpy gives you the chance to explore emotions, and behaviors that could be causing you harm, such as depression, anxiety, self-criticism, negative relationships, and more. You can establish a fresh perspective to understand those behaviors that are not positively serving you.
Family Psychotherapy
Family psychotherapy is a form of treatment that is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. ​I have over 25 years of experience working in psychiatry and mental health care in a variety of roles. I am certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am excited to tell you about why I started the mental health practice Yellow Daisy. I created Yellow Daisy to support others during their personal wellness journey. Every person has their own life journey, and those of us at Yellow Daisy want to help you along this journey. Your mental health care should be individualized to meet your goals.
