ADHD, Anxiety & Medication Management
I specialize in adult ADHD and anxiety care. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication, practical strategies, and ongoing follow-up.

Holistic Treatment
I consider the whole person, including sleep, nutrition, daily habits, and emotional well-being. Treatment may include nonmedication strategies and nutritional supplements when appropriate.
Supportive Psychotherapy
Brief supportive psychotherapy may be included during medication-management visits to help you understand symptoms, build coping skills, and manage daily challenges.

​I have over 25 years of experience working in psychiatry and mental health care in a variety of roles. I am certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am excited to tell you about why I started the mental health practice Yellow Daisy. I created Yellow Daisy to support others during their personal wellness journey. Every person has their own life journey, and those of us at Yellow Daisy want to help you along this journey. Your mental health care should be individualized to meet your goals.
